In a partnership between the Carlos Machado Museum and the Johann Sebastian Bach Musical Group Association, the concert Cantatas of the German Baroque will take place on December 15, at 5:00 PM, at the Sacred Art Center (Igreja do Colégio).

The performance will feature the Johann Sebastian Bach Choir and Ensemble, soprano Sandra Medeiros, and baritone Hugo Oliveira, conducted by maestro and organist Stefano Molardi. The choir preparation was led by conductor Cristiana Spadaro.

In this special program, part of the Christmas cycle, cantatas by two great composers of the German Baroque—Johann Sebastian Bach and Christoph Graupner—will be performed.
