The Museu Carlos Machado will host, on Saturday, September 20, at 2:30 p.m., the Conversa sobre Fibras Vegetais, dedicated to endogenous plant fibers used in contemporary artisanal production and their sustainable relationship with the territory and the landscape. The initiative is organized by the Direção-Geral das Artes, through the Programa Saber Fazer, in collaboration with the Centro de Artesanato e Design dos Açores and the Museu Carlos Machado.

The Laboratório de Intervenção Territorial “Açores: Do Oceano, As Artes” is a joint initiative co-organized by the Direção-Geral das Artes, through the Programa Saber Fazer, in collaboration with the Centro de Artesanato e Design dos Açores and the Arquipélago – Centro de Artes Contemporâneas, and in partnership with the Plano Nacional das Artes.
