The Carlos Machado Museum, as part of the exhibition Pimenta da Terra – Seasoning from São Miguel, is hosting another edition of #museutalks on November 29th at 6:00 PM, at the Santo André Center. This edition will focus on the theme Pimenta da Terra: Much More Than Just a Simple Seasoning, presented by Rosário Soares from the Agricultural Development Services of São Miguel.

In this lecture, we will explore the historical context of pimenta da terra cultivation in the Azores, as well as its uses in regional cuisine. Afterwards, there will be a tasting session featuring products derived from pimenta da terra.
